Hummingbird
Hummingbird is designed for preschool-aged children who are strengthening social, emotional, and cognitive skill. This environment supports focus, creativity, early learning foundations, and preparation for the next stage of learning

Activities
The Garden
(Indoor Activity Space)
The Garden is a shared indoor play
and activity space where children
engage in gross-motor play, creative
movement, and open-ended
exploration. This space allows
children from different classrooms to
rotate through structured and
supervised activities throughout the
day.
Classroom Movement
& Supervision
Children remain assigned to their
primary classroom while rotating
through shared activity spaces,
including The Garden and The
Courtyard, in a structured and
supervised manner. Staff maintain
appropriate ratios and visual
supervision at all times.
The Courtyard (OutdoorPlay Space)
The Courtyard provides children with
daily access to outdoor play,
supporting physical development,
coordination, and social interaction.
Outdoor play is supervised at all
times and integrated into each
classroom's daily schedule.
